Gymnastics is an individual sport—at Prairie Reign Gymnastics though, we focus on the collective. If one team member does well, achieves a goal or accomplishes something new, we all celebrate. Strong individuals lead strong teams that build strong communities.

Our team programs are directly overseen by our head coaches who have 45 years of coaching experience between them. Gymnasts are challenged to reach their goals and achieve their potential in a positive, nurturing and encouraging manner.

Team members will train between two and twenty hours per week. Prairie Reign believes in the importance of having a healthy balance between school, sport and family and therefore has chosen not to have team members train during school hours.

Team programs are by invitation only. Contact us at info@prairiereigngymnastics.ca to schedule an audition.
