With over 35 years of unwavering dedication to gymnastics, Amanda brings a wealth of experience and passion to Prairie Reign. As a former competitive gymnast, Amanda understands the sport's benefits and challenges, which she leverages to prepare athletes for success. Her extensive coaching experience, spanning from preschool to the competitive stream, ensures that athletes receive the highest-quality training at every stage of their gymnastics journey. 
Amanda has proudly represented Team Manitoba at multiple Western Canadian and Canadian National Championships and is a retired national high-performance judge—a testament to her dedication and skill. The Manitoba Gymnastics Association recognized her exceptional contributions to the sport with Special Achievement Awards in 2015 and 2023. 

Amanda's greatest strengths lie in her ability to communicate complex techniques in ways children can easily understand, her deep technical knowledge and her meticulous attention to detail. What truly sets her apart is her steadfast commitment to developing every athlete. Amanda is known for creating a supportive and encouraging environment where athletes feel safe to explore their strengths and are inspired to achieve their full potential.

Corie has been a member of the gymnastics community for 35 years. Her experience as a former competitive and recreational gymnast lends a unique perspective to her coaching, which spans from engaging movement classes for little ones to competitive training. Corie's signature calm demeanour and unwavering patience create a nurturing and inspiring environment.

Corie has represented Team Manitoba at the Western Canadian Gymnastics Championships and embodies the true spirit of sport. She believes that success in gymnastics comes from overcoming fears, cheering for others, having fun, persevering through challenges and life-long participation. Her dedication to providing quality instruction and personalized attention to every participant, regardless of their ability, ensures they thrive under her guidance.

Her educational background in the biological, environmental and sociological influences on child development underscores her commitment to creating a positive and mentally healthy atmosphere for athletes. Corie's adeptness at diffusing and preventing stressful situations ensures that every athlete feels safe, supported and empowered, fostering their overall well-being and growth.

Brianna Jonnie

Coach–Choreographer & Social Media Manager


Brianna is a dynamic and multifaceted coach with a competitive gymnastics and dance background and over ten years of coaching experience. A former provincial stream judge, Brianna excels as a coach–choreographer and manages Prairie Reign's social media presence.

Brianna's commitment to youth development extends far beyond the gym, as evidenced by local and national recognition for her outstanding volunteer work and advocacy for youth. She is a recipient of the Lieutenant Governor's Vice-Regal Award, the "Make a Difference" Community Service Award and the City of Winnipeg's Youth Role Model Award (Advocacy). At just 17, she became an award-winning author, and her book is used by educators in classrooms across North and South America, Europe and Australia. Her academic achievements are equally impressive, having earned numerous scholarships, including the prestigious TD Scholarship for Community Leadership.

Brianna has represented Team Manitoba at the Western Canadian Gymnastics Championships and is deeply committed to inspiring athletes to believe in themselves and their ability to achieve significant goals. 


Additionally, Prairie Reign takes pride in its exceptional team of senior and junior coaches and coaches-in-training who believe in creating a positive atmosphere where athletes of all ages and abilities can reach their full potential.

Prairie Reign's coaches are trained/certified through the National Coaching Certification Program. This comprehensive program helps coaches develop the necessary skills and knowledge to provide quality instruction. Coaches hold First Aid/CPR-AED and Respect in Sport credentials, attend in-house training and specialized clinics and participate in industry-leading conferences to stay updated with the latest coaching techniques and practices. Prairie Reign's coaches-in-training are actively working towards certification under the guidance of experienced mentors.
